Move with intention.

Our classes are rooted in the classical Pilates method and taught by instructors with hundreds of hours of dedicated training. Whether you are working one-on-one in a private session or alongside a small group, every class is designed to meet you where you are and move you forward.

Class Styles

Our group classes are intentionally limited to a maximum of 5 to 8 participants. This is not an arbitrary cap -- it is a deliberate commitment to ensuring that every person in the room receives meaningful instruction and individual attention, even in a shared setting. Classes are structured around the classical Pilates repertoire and taught by instructors who know the method deeply and know their students personally. Expect clear cueing, hands-on correction when appropriate, and a session that challenges you without overwhelming you.

While both studios are fully equipped, not all classes listed below are offered at both locations. Please refer to our schedules for our real time offerings.

The environment is incredibly welcoming and calming, which immediately makes me feel at ease. One of the standout features for me is the small class sizes—they really make a difference. It allows the instructors to give personalized attention and make sure you're performing each movement with proper form. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and always take the time to correct and guide me, ensuring I get the most out of every session. I truly appreciate the individualized focus and the sense of community in every class. Highly recommend!

Private Sessions

A private session at Precision Pilates is the most direct path into the classical method. You and your instructor, one apparatus, one hour — entirely built around your body, your goals, and your history. Private training is ideal if you are new to Pilates and want a proper foundation, returning after an injury or significant time away, working through a specific physical challenge or limitation, or ready to go deeper into the method than a group class allows. Sessions draw on the full range of classical apparatus — Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and Mat — chosen and sequenced by your instructor based on what your body needs that day. Every cue is specific to you. Every session builds on the last.

  • 1-1

One instructor, one client, one session built entirely around you. Private training is the most direct path into the classical method -- and the fastest way to see real results. Ideal for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone ready to go deeper into their practice.

  • Duets

All the focus of a private session, shared with one other person. Duet training is ideal for partners or friends who want more individual attention than a group class offers, without the full investment of a solo private. Same quality of instruction, shared experience.
