This is the best way to begin your Pilates journey especially if you are recovering from an injury or surgery or if you are returning to exercise after a long break. We tailor every session exactly to your needs and help ensure you feel confident to move into group classes when you are ready.
Reformer Classes
The Universal Reformer may be the most well-known piece of Pilates equipment. These classes build strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence! Excellent for beginners and long-time practitioners.
Apparatus Classes
Workout on Joe Pilates premiere piece of equipment. He named the Cadillac after the fanciest car available at the time! These classes leave you feeling strong, stretched, balanced, and invigorated!
